On October 27th, Freshness Keeper held a start meeting of lean management production. The general manager of the company, the director of injection workshop, the director of mold, the warehouse supervisor and the main heads of each business division attended the meeting.

Master Pu, director of injection molding workshop, as the main person responsible for promoting lean production, said that lean production must be promoted as a long-term strategy for the future development of the production department. Through the introduction of lean production, through the elimination of waste by everyone involved in continuous improvement activities, constantly improve product quality and production efficiency.

The factory director gave a general description of the 14 main work contents and monthly scoring standards of the lean production. It is proposed that lean production should make good use of management tools, not simply copy books, but should be applied according to the specific situation of the business division, and should adhere to the “three hearts”, namely, the determination of the leader, the perseverance of the middle manager, and the confidence of the team leader.

The general manager pointed out that lean production is the urgent need for the high quality development of the company, and put forward four requirements, one is to require everyone to change the concept, unified thinking, objective understanding of the significance of lean production, full participation, to achieve the management and economic benefits of continuous improvement, continuous improvement. The second is to grasp the implementation, do a good job in organizing staff learning and training work, let everyone become the spread of lean production ideas, cultivate a group of lean production experts and a lean production backbone team.
